Abstract:
A cleaning device for silk production. The cleaning device comprises a tank body (1), a cleaning cylinder (6), a net cylinder (5) and a pressing plate (8), wherein the top in the tank body (1) is connected to a slide rail (11); the rear side of the slide rail (11) is connected to a screw electric motor (15); one end of the screw electric motor (15) away from an output shaft is connected to the inner wall of the rear side of the tank body (1); a screw rod (12) is connected in the slide rail (11); the rear end of the screw rod (12) is connected to the output shaft of the screw electric motor (15); and one end of the screw rod (12) away from the screw electric motor (15) is connected to the inner wall of the front side of the tank body (1). The specific arrangement manners of the other cleaning and air-drying components are defined. The cleaning device does not require manual cleaning and air drying work, can perform cleaning and pressing dehydration work repeatedly, and ensures that silk is cleaned thoroughly, and a fan can be used to blow dry the silk after dehydration, thereby saving on a large amount of manpower and improving the production efficiency; and the silk is cleaned by water stirred by means of a driving electric motor, and is pressed by means of a pressing plate for dehydration, such that the silk is not prone to being damaged, and the product quality of the silk is ensured.
