Abstract:
Disclosed are a class D audio amplifier and a pulse width adjustment method therefor, and an electronic device. The class D audio amplifier comprises: a pulse width modulation module (110), used for performing pulse width modulation on an input signal and outputting a first pulse width modulated signal (VO1) and a second pulse width modulated signal (VO2); a pulse with adjustment module (130), used for controlling a relative amount of delay between the second pulse width modulated signal (VO2) and the first pulse width modulated signal (VO1) according to a first output signal (VOP) and a second output signal (VON) output to a load, so as to form a corresponding first delay signal (VO4) and a corresponding second delay signal (VO3); and a drive module (120), used for generating, according to the first delay signal (VO4) and the second delay signal (VO3), the first output signal (VOP) and the second output signal (VON) output to the load, the pulse widths of the first output signal (VOP) and the second output signal (VON) varying along with the relative amount of delay. According to the class D audio amplifier, the pulse widths of output signals can be adaptively adjusted, and in a specific application, power consumption can be reduced without causing the problem of static background noise.
