Abstract:
A clamping force estimation method, comprising the following steps: on the basis of a rotor position xm of an electric motor at the current moment, estimating a clamping force Fx generated at a brake block position x, and/or estimating a clamping force FI of an electromechanical brake (EMB) system on the basis of an electric-motor current I at the current moment; and forming a final clamping force F of the EMB system on the basis of the clamping force Fx and/or the clamping force FI. A clamping force of an EMB system is estimated on the basis of a rotor position xm of an electric motor and/or an electric-motor current I of same, thereby breaking free from the dependence of the EMB system on a force sensor, and providing a possibility for closed-loop control over the clamping force when there is no mechanical sensor. Further provided are a clamping force estimation system and a vehicle integrated with the clamping force estimation system.
