Abstract:
A clamping device for automatic milling of a flame-retardant epoxide woven glass fabric four-layer-laminate circuit board, the clamping device comprising a guiding and supporting assembly (1), a connecting and insulating assembly (2), and a positioning and clamping assembly (3). The positioning and clamping assembly (3) comprises a lower positioning plate (3-1), a positioning bottom plate (3-2), a pressing sponge (3-5), an upper clamping plate (3-6), two locking blocks (3-3) and two positioning plate removal handles (3-4); the connecting and insulating assembly (2) is mounted on the guiding and supporting assembly (1), and the positioning bottom plate (3-2) is fixedly mounted on the connecting and insulating assembly (2); the lower positioning plate (3-1) is mounted on the positioning bottom plate (3-2), and the two positioning plate removal handles (3-4) are fixedly mounted on the lower positioning plate (3-1); and the upper clamping plate (3-6) is rotatably connected to and mounted on the positioning bottom plate (3-2). By means of mechanical structures, positioning and clamping are achieved, so that the machining quality of a circuit sub-board automatically milled by a milling cutter is stable and reliable, and the product consistency is good, thereby improving the machining efficiency and reducing the labor intensity of workers.
