Abstract:
A clamp used for vibration testing of an electronic gauge (4), wherein a support (22) is fixed on a front end face of a vibration device (2); the middle of the support (22) is provided with a screw (26); a pressing block (24) is slidably inserted into the support (22); the middle of the pressing block (24) is sleeved on the screw (26); and a rotation threaded ring (29) press-fitted on a rear end face of the pressing block (24) is rotatably mounted on the screw (26) in a threaded manner. By means of arrangement of a pull rope (12) and cooperation with a clamping plate, stable pressing and stable clamping for an upper end of a gauge (4) are achieved; a downward pressing force is provided by using a traction force of the pull rope (12), and cooperates with a lower cross beam (16) to achieve clamping of the lower end of the gauge (4); by arranging a pre-tightening assembly, pre-tightening of the pull rope (12) is achieved, so as to achieve rigid connection for the gauge (4) during a vibration process, achieving the purpose of stable clamping; and when the vibration is excessive, an offset pressing force of the gauge (4) causes a deformation of the pull rope (12), thereby achieving a buffer protection effect of flexible connection.
