Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a technology capable of accurately determining, on the basis of a weather prediction, a charge state necessary for maintaining a storage cell in a self-consignment system. A charge-state calculation device according to the present invention determines the charge state of a storage cell so that even if the actual amount of power generated by a solar cell is less than a predicted power generation amount, the shortfall can be supplemented by discharge from the storage cell, the charge state being determined for a transmission period in which weather, having with the largest range of fluctuation and the largest number of instances of fluctuation with respect to the amount of solar radiation, is predicted.
