Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application is a ceramic digital glaze spraying device, comprising a digital glaze printing module and a glaze supply module which are in communication with each other, wherein the digital glaze printing module comprises a long glaze tube, a rapid connecting tube assembly, and glaze spraying nozzle assemblies, wherein a glaze printing port of the long glaze tube is in one-to-one communication with the glaze spraying nozzle assemblies by means of the rapid connecting tube assembly to form a plurality of glaze spraying paths; each glaze spraying nozzle assembly comprises a valve nozzle unit and a valve nozzle, wherein an input end of the valve nozzle unit is connected to the rapid connecting pipe assembly, and an output end of the valve nozzle unit is connected to the valve nozzle; the glaze supplying module comprises a glaze barrel, a glaze supplying pump, a glaze box assembly, an air compressor, and a pressure regulating valve, wherein the glaze barrel, the glaze supply pump, a first glaze box, and a glaze inlet of the long glaze tube are sequentially connected to form a glaze supply passage, and the air compressor, the pressure regulating valve, and a positive pressure air inlet of the first glaze box are in sequential communication with one another. The present application solves the problems that it is difficult for a ceramic glaze spraying device to guarantee the thickness of a glaze layer and that same cannot satisfy the requirement of on-demand glaze application of diversified ceramic glaze spraying.
