Abstract:
Provided in the present disclosure are a ceramic-coated separator with low internal resistance, a preparation method therefor, and a lithium-ion battery. The ceramic-coated separator with low internal resistance disclosed in the present disclosure comprises a polymer base membrane and a ceramic layer formed on one or two surfaces of the polymer base membrane by means of coating, wherein the ceramic layer is made of low-sodium boehmite and does not contain carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) sodium, and the sodium content of the ceramic layer is less than 1000 ppm. The obtained separator has an obviously reduced air permeability increase value, and can significantly reduce the internal resistance of a battery cell when used in a lithium-ion battery, thereby improving the power performance and discharge efficiency of the battery.
