Abstract:
Provided is a cell peeling device that can efficiently peel cells that have uneven adhesion due to cell culturing conditions, peeling same in a non-contact manner from a culture container. This cell peeling device (10) peels cells (1) from a culture container (2) to which the cells (1) are adhered and comprises: an ultrasonic probe (12) that has a plurality of piezoelectric elements (11) that generate ultrasonic waves and form ultrasonic beams (20); a travel mechanism (14) that moves the ultrasonic probe (12) and enables the relative position of the ultrasonic probe (12) and the culture container (2) to be changed; a voltage application unit (13) that provides a delay and applies voltage to the plurality of piezoelectric elements (11); a cell state detection unit (18) that detects the cell state inside the culture container (2); and a peeling planning unit (30) that refers to the cell state obtained from the cell state detection unit (18) and determines the transmission conditions for the ultrasonic beams (20).
