Abstract:
The present invention provides a cell-membrane-permeable peptide for conjugation, represented by general formula (P1) [in general formula (P1): R101 is a 2-pyridyl group that may have a substituent; A1 is a cell-membrane-permeable peptide; Z12 is a divalent organic group; and q2 is 0 or 1], the cell-membrane-permeable peptide being a peptide in which two or more amino acids are peptide-bonded, wherein at least one of the amino acid residues that make up said peptide has, as a side chain, a C1-30 alkyl group substituted with two or more fluorine atoms or a group having 1 to 5 ether-bonded oxygen atoms among the carbon atoms of a C2-30 alkyl group substituted with two or more fluorine atoms.
