Abstract:
Provided is cast slab continuous casting equipment capable of inhibiting collision of cooling water jetted from spray nozzles adjacent in the width direction of a cast slab, and of suppressing collapse of a film boiling state. In the cast slab continuous casting equipment 1 comprising cooling equipment 3 for water-cooling a cast slab S, the cooling equipment 3 has two or more cooling water jetting nozzles 32 disposed in the width direction of the cast slab S, and the two or more cooling water jetting nozzles 32 are disposed such that spray jetting surfaces of the cooling water jetting nozzles 32 adjacent in the width direction of the cast slab S do not overlap.
