Abstract:
This manufacturing method includes: a preparation step for preparing a mold 20 including a fixed mold 30 and a moveable mold 40; an arrangement step for arranging a pipe 100 in the mold 20 such that an injection port 103 and a discharge port 107 are exposed outside the mold 20; a mold clamping step for closing the mold 20; a first filling step for injecting an incompressible fluid from the injection opening 103 to fill the inside of a third flow passage 111 of a main body portion 110 of the pipe 100 with the incompressible fluid; a second filling step for filling a molding space 50 formed by the moveable mold 40 and the fixed mold 30 with a molten metal material; a discharging step for discharging the incompressible fluid filling the inside of the third flow passage 111 from the discharge port 107; and an extracting step for separating the moveable mold 40 from the fixed mold 30 to open the mold 20, and extracting a cast product 140 in which the incompressible fluid has been discharged from the third flow passage 111.
