Abstract:
Provided are a compressed wood product manufacturing method capable of compressing multiple compressed wood products that configure a single case under the same conditions at the same time, as well as a case and a case molding device. This case molding device (10) is characterized: in being provided with a first die (11), a second die (12) and an insert (13); and in two blanks (2 and 3), which are substantially bowl-shaped and configure the case when combined, being loaded and compressed between the first die (11) and the second die (12) with the insert (13) sandwiched therebetween. The first die (11) has a recessed section forming a shape that transcribes the inverse shape of the outer surface of the first partial case of the product case, which has two parts. The second die (12) has a protruding section (121) forming a shape that transcribes the inverse shape of the outer surface of the second partial case. The insert (13) has a recessed section (131) forming a shape that transcribes the inverse shape of the inner surface of the first partial case and a recessed section (133) forming a shape that transcribes the inverse shape of the inner surface of the second partial case.
