Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a Cas protein and the use thereof. The amino acid sequence of the Cas protein comprises or is an amino acid sequence having at least 50% identity to any one of SEQ ID NOs: 1-461. Further disclosed in the present invention are a guide polynucleotide, a Cas protein inactivating variant, a fusion protein or conjugate comprising the Cas protein, an isolated nucleic acid, a CRISPR-Cas protein system, a vector system, a delivery system, a cell, a pharmaceutical composition and a kit, and the uses thereof.
