Abstract:
A carpet mat, the carpet mat comprising an upper hooking layer (1) and a bottom non-skid layer (3). Curved protruding monofilaments are distributed on the upper surface of the hooking layer (1), and the top ends are provided with bumps formed after melting/softening and cooling the protruding monofilaments. After the protruding monofilaments on the hooking layer (1) undergo heat treatment, the top ends of the protruding monofilaments are melted/softened, and small bumps are then formed. At the same time, the monofilaments have a certain radian and degree of inclination due to the heat treatment, and can be hooked to various carpets disposed above the hooking layer (1) while forming a relatively strong friction force, in particular there is a certain hooking force in the vertical direction. By setting the length and density of the protruding monofilaments, the protruding monofilaments are thus hooked to a carpet laid on top thereof and form a locking effect, while the monofilaments protrude more softly and the formed bumps do not prick the hand when touched.
