Abstract:
The present invention relates to a card processing apparatus for issuing and retrieving cards, the apparatus particularly being configured such that an issued card is retrieved and loaded and the retrieved card can be reissued, thus enabling card recycling. To achieve the above-described objective, the recyclable card processing apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a card slot unit through which a card is inserted or withdrawn; a card loading unit in which a plurality of cards are loaded; a card transfer unit which connects the card slot unit to the card loading unit and transfers cards so that a card located on the lowermost side from among the plurality of cards loaded in the card loading unit is transferred to the card slot unit and withdrawn or a card inserted through the card slot unit enters below the cards loaded in the card loading unit and is loaded; and an error card storage unit which discharges to the outside of the card transfer unit a card recognized as having an error from among the cards transferred via the card transfer unit and which loads same.
