Abstract:
Disclosed is a card dispensing mechanism for cards, comprising a feed bin for placing cards in a stacked manner, and a conveyor belt for outputting the cards. A baffle plate is disposed above the conveyor belt. A first gap exists between the baffle plate and the conveyor belt. A reversing wheel is disposed downstream the baffle plate, and a second gap exists between the reversing wheel and the conveyor belt. The card dispensing mechanism of the present utility model is provided with the baffle plate and the reversing wheel, and the two are used in cooperation. The number of cards to be dispensed is controlled to one to two by adjusting the first gap by means of the baffle plate. When two cards are dispensed at the same time (overlapped), because the friction between the reversing wheel and the cards is greater than the friction between the cards, the reversing wheel can block the output of the card located above; in addition, the card located below can be smoothly conveyed and outputted by means of the conveyor belt. The combined use of the baffle plate and the reversing wheel prevents cards from being dispensed in an overlapped manner.
