Abstract:
Provided are: a carbon fiber-reinforced plastic plate which has a flexural modulus equivalent to that of aluminum, exhibits satisfactory machinability, and can contribute to cost reduction; and a method for manufacturing the carbon fiber-reinforced plastic plate.　The carbon fiber-reinforced plastic plate has a laminate comprising: a first carbon fiber-reinforced plastic layer having a pitch-based carbon fiber woven fabric and a base material; a second carbon fiber-reinforced plastic layer having a PAN-based carbon fiber woven fabric and/or a PAN-based carbon fiber non-woven fabric and a base material; and a third carbon fiber-reinforced plastic layer having a pitch-based carbon fiber woven fabric and a base material, wherein the first carbon fiber-reinforced plastic layer and the third carbon fiber-reinforced plastic layer are disposed on the surface of the carbon fiber-reinforced plastic plate, the ratio of the thickness of the first carbon fiber-reinforced plastic layer to the thickness of the third carbon fiber-reinforced plastic layer is 4-6:6-4, and the flexural modulus of the carbon fiber-reinforced plastic plate is 70-150 GPa.
