Abstract:
A capacitance measurement circuit, a touch control chip, and an electronic device. The capacitance measurement circuit (200) is used to measure a capacitance to be measured (Cx) between a sensing electrode (RX) and a driving electrode (TX) in a touch control display apparatus (110) of the electronic device. The capacitance measurement circuit (200) comprises: a differential amplification circuit (210), having a first input end (211), a second input end (212), and an output end (213). The first input end (211) is connected to the sensing electrode (RX), and is used to receive an initial measurement signal obtained by means of measurement by the sensing electrode (RX) on the basis of the capacitance to be measured (Cx). The second input end (212) is connected to a display cathode (ELVSS, 112) of the touch control display apparatus, and is used to receive a noise interference signal coupled from the display cathode (ELVSS, 112) to the sensing electrode (RX). The output end (213) is used to output an effective measurement signal on the basis of a difference signal between the initial measurement signal and the noise interference signal, the effective measurement signal being used to represent the capacitance to be measured (Cx) between the sensing electrode (RX) and the driving electrode (TX). Said technical solution can decrease the interference of a display layer (113) in a touch screen on capacitance measurement in a touch layer (111), and improve capacitance measurement accuracy and touch performance.
