Abstract:
Provided is a composition that can form a powder having few aggregates, can form a powder having exceptional properties for re-dispersion in an aqueous medium, and moreover can form a powder having exceptional properties for re-dispersion even under acidic conditions. A composition according to the present invention contains cannabinoids, a sucrose fatty acid ester, and a water-soluble polymer compound, the average degree of esterification of the sucrose fatty acid ester being 1.00-1.15.
