Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cancer risk prediction method and a composition thereof. The present invention was confirmed to be far superior to existing known SNP set combinations with respect to cancer risk prediction for Asian cancer patients, and, furthermore, is expected to be able to remarkably improve the accuracy of predicting the likelihood of breast cancer through combination with environmental risk factors (NGRF).
