Abstract:
A camellia oleifera abel drying and fine sorting machine, the machine comprising a shell, wherein a processing mechanism is fixedly connected inside the shell, a base frame is fixedly connected to the bottom of an inner cavity of the shell, a mounting mechanism is arranged at the top of the base frame, and an oscillating mechanism is arranged in the base frame. In the camellia oleifera abel drying and fine sorting machine, by means of the design of the processing mechanism, a cylinder wall of a cylinder is a mesh-plate-shaped air-permeable cylinder wall; after being placed into the cylinder, a camellia oleifera abel seed material is heated by means of a heating mesh being electrified; a first electric motor operates to drive a rotary rod to rotate, the rotary rod drives fan blades to rotate so as to generate an airflow, the airflow is heated after passing through the heating mesh, and the material in the cylinder rolls in a process of rotation of the cylinder; and after the hot airflow is blown into the cylinder, a drying operation is carried out on the material, and generated steam is guided, by means of the radian of a flow guide plate, to an air discharge port where the steam is discharged to the outside, such that the material is dried in a continuous rolling process, and a drying effect is thus better.
