Abstract:
A calibration control circuit (10), an electronic device, and a calibration control method. The calibration control circuit (10) comprises an off-chip calibration module (11) and a mode switching module (13), and the off-chip calibration module (11) comprises a preprocessing module (111) and a mapping module (112); the preprocessing module (111) is configured to receive a current environment parameter, decode the current environment parameter, and output a parameter decoding signal; the mapping module (112) is configured to receive the parameter decoding signal, and output a first calibration code according to the parameter decoding signal; the mode switching module (13) is configured to receive the calibration mode signal and the first calibration code, and when the calibration mode signal indicates an off-chip calibration mode, determine the first calibration code as a ZQ calibration code. In this way, a first calibration code is quickly and reasonably determined according to a current environment parameter sent by a user, and then a ZQ calibration code is directly set in an off-chip calibration mode, thereby reducing power consumption and saving system time.
