Abstract:
A cable winding machine that has an automatic belt cutting mechanism, comprising a base frame (10), a winding wheel assembly (20), and a belt cutting mechanism (30). The winding wheel assembly (20) comprises a roller (21) and a drum (22). The belt cutting mechanism (30) comprises guide rails (31), a traveling driving mechanism (32), a screw rod (33), a cutter driving mechanism (34), and a scissor assembly. The traveling driving mechanism (32) is fixedly arranged on the base frame (10) and drives the screw rod (33) to rotate. The cutter driving mechanism (34) comprises a base (341) mounted on the guide rails (31) and screwed with the screw rod (33), a motor (342) arranged on the base (341), and a blade flywheel (343) driven by the motor (342). A central shaft of the blade flywheel (343) is perpendicular to a central shaft of the roller (21). Since the cable winding machine that has the automatic belt cutting mechanism is provided with a belt cutting mechanism, once winding is complete, an automatic belt cutting operation may be performed under the control of a wireless control module, thereby reducing the danger caused by manual cutting.
