Abstract:
A cable detection robot and a working method therefor. The robot comprises a first main body (1), a second main body (2), and a rotating structure (3). The first main body (1) and the second main body (2) each comprise a base (29), a driving device (19), and a holding device (27). The driving device (19) comprises a first roller (16) and a driving motor (30), and the driving motor (30) drives the first roller (16) to move along a cable (15). The holding devices (27) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the base (29), each side comprises a first servo motor (5), a first support rod (7) and a second support rod (8) which are connected in sequence. An adjusting support (13) is provided on the first support rod (7) and the second support rod (8), respectively. The adjusting support (13) is connected to a support roller set (28). The angle between the first support rod (7) and the second support rod (8) matches the diameter of the cable (15). By adjusting the height of the adjusting support (13) and adjusting the relative position of the support roller set (28) and the surface of the cable (15), such that the support roller set (28) is perpendicular to the surface of the cable (15), the cable (15) is tightly held and separated by means of the rotation of the first servo motor (5), and the relative position between the first main body (1) and the second main body (2) is adjusted by means of the rotating structure (3) to realize obstacle crossing.
