Abstract:
Disclosed are a C-benzo five-membered heteroaromatic ring aryl glucoside derivative represented by general formula (I), a preparation method for the derivative or an intermediate thereof, and a use of the derivative, wherein R, R1, R2, R3, R4, X and Y are as defined in the specification. The C-benzo five-membered heteroaromatic ring aryl glucoside derivative is novel in structure, has strong inhibitory activity on SGLT-2 and high selection ratio for SGLT-1 and SGLT-2, and can be used in the preparation of drugs for treating and preventing diseases related to SGLT-2.
