Abstract:
A butt-welding method for a U-shaped stainless steel rib with a drainage function. In the method, a stainless steel sheet patching section (6) of a certain length is provided between bridge decks of adjacent beam sections, and a U-shaped stainless steel rib patching section (5) of a certain length is provided between U-shaped stainless steel ribs; the side of the U-shaped stainless steel ribs close to a butt-weld (11) is affixed with water-soluble paper (8) by means of hydrosol, the butt weld is sealed by means of adhesive tape paper, the adhesive tape paper at the uppermost end is provided with an exhaust hole, and the U-shaped stainless steel ribs, the bridge decks (1), the water-soluble paper on two sides of the butt weld, and the U-shaped stainless steel rib patching section form a local enclosed space; and a side surface of the U-shaped stainless steel rib patching section is provided with a gas filling hole (7) for filling shielding gas. According to the welding method, the water-soluble paper is used to artificially form an enclosed space around the butt weld, so as to solve the problem of it being inconvenient to fill shielding gas and achieve filling of the welding shielding gas into a space which is narrow and long and has an obstruction inside.
