Abstract:
This burner comprises: a first nozzle that has a main fuel outlet for ejecting a mixture of main fuel and primary combustion air and a flame-stabilizing plate disposed around the main fuel outlet; a second nozzle that is disposed coaxially with the first nozzle and has a secondary air outlet for blowing secondary combustion air at the outer periphery of the main fuel outlet; and a plurality of supplementary fuel injection nozzles that extend parallel to the burner axis along the outer surface of the first nozzle. The plurality of supplementary fuel injection nozzles have a plurality of supplementary fuel outlets aligned along the outer peripheral edge of the flame-stabilizing plate, or a plurality of supplementary fuel outlets arranged inside the outer peripheral edge of the flame-stabilizing plate and outside the inner peripheral edge thereof. The plurality of supplementary fuel outlets eject gas fuel as supplementary fuel toward the boundary between the mixture flow and the secondary combustion air flow.
