Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to suppress damage to a furnace wall part of a furnace. This burner (21) combusts a fuel sprayed into a furnace surrounded by a furnace wall (101) and forms a revolving flame inside the furnace. The burner (21) also extends along a burner axis (C2) that intersects a center region of the revolving flame. The burner (21) comprises a burner tip (55) for spraying the fuel into the furnace such that a greater quantity of fuel is sprayed on a center-region side than on the furnace-wall (101) side, with reference to the burner axis (C2).
