Abstract:
This building of a nursing facility or medical facility is configured to have a plurality of rooms (10A-10I), common passages (131, 231) connecting the plurality of rooms (10A–10I), bathrooms (30A-30G) that are attached to some of the plurality of rooms (10A-10I) and that can be accessed from these rooms without passing through the common passages, and sewage treatment rooms (40A-40E) that are adjacent to the bathrooms and that can be accessed directly from the bathrooms, the sewage treatment rooms having exits through which it is possible to exit to the outdoors without passing through the common passages. This makes it possible to prevent the spread of pathogens or odors due to filthy clothes, etc., being brought into the common passages.
