A breathable sole for a sports shoe, which solves the problem of poor breathability of a current sports shoe. The breathable sole for a sports shoe comprises a sole body (1) and an insole (2) fit to the sole body (1); a flow cavity (3) that downwardly recesses in the axial direction and used for air flow is provided on an upper end surface of the sole body (1); a cavity bottom surface of the sole body (1) in the flow cavity (3) is shaped as a curved surface the conforms to a foot of a person; a plurality of communication flow channels (4) are provided on outer peripheral walls at two sides of the sole body (1) at a heel part; a separation unit (6) that separates the flow cavity (3) to form a plurality of independent cavity bodies (5) is arranged on the cavity bottom surface of the flow cavity (3), the separation unit (6) being made up of a plurality of horizontal strips (7) and a plurality of vertical strips (8) interlaced with the horizontal strips (7), and same being distributed in a grid shape; upper end surfaces of the plurality of horizontal strips (7) are lower than the upper end surface of the sole body (1), and upper end surfaces of the plurality of vertical strips (8) are level with the upper end surface of the sole body (1).
