Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a breathable polytetrafluoroethylene stretch film and a preparation method therefor. The breathable polytetrafluoroethylene stretch film is prepared by blending and stretching a modified polytetrafluoroethylene resin powder and a modified fluoropolymer powder, wherein the modified polytetrafluoroethylene resin is prepared by mixing and copolymerizing a tetrafluoroethylene monomer and a modified monomer. The modified monomer is prepared by reacting hydroxyethyl acrylate, perfluoroalkyl ethyl acrylate and isocyanato-ethyl acrylate. The modified polytetrafluoroethylene polymer greatly reduces the crystallinity of a system by means of a multi-branch chain structure; in addition, the tensile strength thereof is greatly improved by adding the modified fluoropolymer powder, such that the polytetrafluoroethylene stretch film provided in the present invention has a very strong air permeability and waterproofness, thereby having stronger safety, such that the modified polytetrafluoroethylene polymer can be used for protection of precise instruments such as electronics.
