Abstract:
A breast pad, comprising a body (100) formed from a surface layer (11), an absorption layer (12), and a bottom layer (13). The surface layer (11) comprises a first notch portion (111); the absorption layer (12) comprises a second notch portion (121); the body (100) comprises a first bonding area (1061) which bonds the surface layer (11) and the bottom layer (13) in a curved shape concave towards a middle direction; the bottom layer (13) comprises a second bonding area (133); the body (100) forms a folding body (10) along a folding line (101); the second bonding area (133) is divided into a left side area and a right side area; the folding body (10) further comprises a second bonding portion (132) connecting the left side area and the right side area; the surface layer (11) of the folding body (10) is not fixedly connected, so that when the breast pad is unfolded and stressed, the inner surface layer (11) and the absorption layer (12) are wrapped by the bottom layer (13), and the surface layer (11) is prevented from being affected by a tension, thereby avoiding damage to the structure or preventing pores between fibers from becoming larger. The curved first bonding area (1061) forms a better closed effect, thereby reducing the precipitation of a polymer water-absorbing material from the surface layer (11). Meanwhile, the folding body (10) has higher bonding strength, lower damage probability of the bottom layer (13) or the surface layer (11), and is more comfortable to use. A preparation method for the breast pad is further provided.
