Abstract:
The present application relates to the field of microorganisms, and in particular to, a breast milk-derived Lactobacillus plantarum strain HM-P2, a microbial agent comprising same, a composition comprising same, and use thereof. The L. plantarum strain HM-P2 provided by the present application is acquired by screening from healthy breast milk, has extremely high bile salt resistance, good resistance to high bile salt environments (such as the small intestine) in the human body, has a strong bacteriostatic effect on pathogenic Escherichia coli and/or Staphylococcus aureus and safety in organisms, and thus is prospective for development and application in the food industry.
