Abstract:
A brazed diamond grinding tool suitable for casting flash grinding, comprising a grinding disc outer end (1), a grinding disc slope (2), a grinding disc plane top end (3), a grinding disc (4), a positioning hole (5) formed in the grinding disc (4), and diamond polymetallic abrasive materials (6) uniformly distributed and brazed at the surfaces of the grinding disc outer end (1), the grinding disc slope (2) and the grinding disc plane top end (3) and the like. The brazed diamond grinding tool is high in grinding efficiency, light in hand feeling, small in vibration, odorless, long in service life, attractive in appearance and the like, the abrasive materials of different grades are selected according to actual conditions, and a conventional resin grinding wheel is replaced perfectly; and the preparation method is simple in process and convenient to operate, and ordered and clustered arrangement of the diamond abrasive materials can be simply realized. Also provided is a preparation method for the brazed diamond grinding tool suitable for casting flash grinding.
