Abstract:
A boring and mounting technique for ship shaft and rudder systems, comprising the following steps: tail pipe assembling and segmented mounting; laser positioning and calibration of the ship shaft and rudder systems; rough boring, fine boring, and grinding of a shaft system; and head and tail bearing press-fitting and measurement. The central line of machining is ensured to be consistent with a theoretical central line by means of multiple times of positioning and calibration of the central line of a shaft line and by using a light viewing instrument assembly; and ultrasonic grinding machining is performed on an inner hole of the shaft line, so that the machining and mounting precision of the shaft system is ensured.
