The present invention relates to a blockchain-network-based STO-dedicated platform and an STO service method, the platform and the method: processing identification of a first issuer if a request for issuance of a security token for a first real asset is received from a terminal of the first issuer; generating a blockchain account and an electronic wallet for the first issuer; generating, in a blockchain network, a first channel corresponding to the first real asset; generating a first smart contract for the value of the first real asset; distributing same to the first channel; recruiting investors for the security token issued to the first channel; generating blockchain accounts and electronic wallets for the investors; generating a second smart contract for the investors so as to distribute same to the first channel; and moving, to the electronic wallets of the corresponding investors, the number of security tokens included in the smart contract.
