Abstract:
The present invention has the following features. A blind manufacturing apparatus comprises rotating portions, wherein two rotating portions are formed at left and right sides in the lengthwise direction so that, when a blind material portion wound on a blind material roll placed on the upper portion of the rotating portions is pulled to be wound on a winding portion, the blind material roll is freely rotated on the rotating portions and the blind material portion can be easily withdrawn, and sequentially comprises connecting roll bars which support and rotate blind roll portions on which effective blind portions are withdrawn and wound by cutting the blind material portion while being wound on the winding portion. Thus, the blind material portion is wound on the winding portion from the blind material roll, and then is wound on the blind roll portions, so that manufacturing is carried out through a series of operations from the blind material portion to the blind roll portions.
