Abstract:
The present application provides a blanking temporary storage table. The blanking temporary storage table comprises: a support frame for supporting a silicon wafer assembly; a material hanging device provided on the support frame and used for fixing the silicon wafer assembly; and a material receiving device comprising a material receiving tray and water receiving trays provided on the sides of the material receiving tray, the material receiving tray being provided on the support frame and located on the bottom of the material hanging device. The present application has the following beneficial effects: the silicon wafer assembly can be hung upside down by means of the material hanging device, silicon wafers which are not firmly bonded can fall off, a falling condition of the silicon wafers and a connecting plate after a crystal bar is sliced can be rapidly detected by means of the material hanging device in cooperation with a wafer falling sensor, and compared with manual inspection in the prior art, a detection mode in the technical solution can save a large amount of time, and improve the production efficiency.
