Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of metal surface treatment, and disclosed is a black coloring process for an aluminum profile. The process comprises the step of: sequentially carrying out primary electrolytic coloring and secondary electrolytic coloring on the aluminum profile subjected to anodic oxidation treatment. The primary electrolytic coloring uses copper sulfate as a main salt for electrolytic coloring, and the conditions for the primary electrolytic coloring are: the temperature of a bath solution being 18-22°C, the voltage of an alternating current power supply being 15-17 V, and the coloring time being 6-8 min. The secondary electrolytic coloring uses stannous sulfate as a main salt for electrolytic coloring, and the conditions for the secondary electrolytic coloring are: the temperature of a bath solution being 18-22°C, the voltage of the alternating current power supply being 18-20 V, and the time being 1-2 min. In the present invention, the usage of tins salts is reduced by means of carrying out the primary electrolytic coloring using copper sulfate as the main salt, and then carrying out the secondary electrolytic coloring using stannous sulfate as the main salt. Moreover, an anodized film having a thickness greater than or equal to 6μm may achieve a pure black color, thereby reducing costs and enhancing production efficiency.
