Abstract:
A biomass vapour decomposition hydrogen generator, a furnace body 1, which consists of an infrared generation source and a water source material, accommodating a furnace chamber; a cylinder-type vapour separating and drying device 3 provided with a secondary gasifier is provided at the upper part of the furnace chamber; a separator 26 for a gasified gas is provided at the upper-middle part of the furnace chamber; a meshed plate 17, which is provided with a convex taper in the middle, is provided at the bottom of the furnace chamber; a meshed combustion enclosure 11 is provided above the middle portion of the meshed plate 17; a vapour distributor 22 is provided outside the furnace body 1 at the lower part of the furnace chamber. The present biomass vapour decomposition hydrogen generator can separate tar from a gasified gas obtained from biomass gasification to perform a secondary oxidization and gasification. Vapour after being dried, purified, separated, and distributed is mixed and reacts with generated biomass gas, then decomposed, modified, and converted to produce hydrogen, thereby achieving the purpose of improving efficiency.
