Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the field of freshness preservation, and in particular relates to a biological antimicrobial agent. Active ingredients of the antimicrobial bacteriostatic agent comprise chitosan lactate, epsilon-polylysine or epsilon-polylysine salt and natamycin. The biological antimicrobial agent provided by the present invention is healthy, safe, non-toxic and odorless, and the preparation method therefor is simple. When the biological antimicrobial agent is used for keeping fresh Cordyceps sinensis fresh, the refrigeration shelf life of the fresh Cordyceps sinensis can reach 60 days or above, without modified atmosphere packaging being necessary, and the biological antibacterial agent is simple to operate, low cost and easily popularized.
