Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a binder composition for nonaqueous secondary battery electrodes, the composition capable of forming electrodes for a nonaqueous secondary battery that have excellent peel strength and good tackiness. The binder composition for nonaqueous secondary battery electrodes according to the present invention includes a particulate binder and water. The particulate binder includes a polymer (A) containing a (meth)acrylic acid ester monomer unit. The ratio of the average particle diameter Da of the particulate binder measured by a dynamic light scattering method at a pH of 8.0 to the average particle diameter Da of the particulate binder measured by the dynamic light scattering method at a pH of 6.0 is within a prescribed range.
