Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a binder composition for nonaqueous secondary battery electrodes, said binder composition enabling the formation of a nonaqueous secondary battery electrode that has excellent moisture resistance. A binder composition for nonaqueous secondary battery electrodes according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: a particulate polymer which is composed of a graft polymer that has an acidic graft chain and is obtained by causing an acidic group-containing monomer and/or a macromonomer to undergo a graft polymerization reaction with respect to core particles containing a block copolymer which has an aromatic vinyl block domain that is composed of an aromatic vinyl monomer unit and an aliphatic conjugated diene block domain that is composed of an aliphatic conjugated diene monomer unit; and phenolic compound particles.
