Abstract:
A bimetallic catalyst, a preparation method therefor and the use thereof in the preparation of a polyether polyol. A new 3-OP tetradentate ligand bearing 1 P and 3 Os is coordinated with a metal to form a tetradentate chelate, which is then loaded onto silica gel to obtain the bimetallic catalyst. The "capture property" and water absorption property of the silica gel matrix and the special space structure of the new ligand act together, such that the induction period of the catalyst is short in the process of preparing a polyether polyol, which is not affected by the moisture content of a monomer, and the final product has a low degree of unsaturation and a narrow molecular weight distribution.
