Abstract:
Disclosed are a billiard table cushion structure, comprising a steel cushion, a rubber strip, a table felt and a supporting strip. The steel cushion is provided with a horizontal top surface and a mounting surface extending in a vertical direction. The rubber strip and the supporting strip are fixedly connected to the mounting surface. The top surface of the rubber strip and the top surface of the steel cushion are coplanar. The top surface of the supporting strip abuts against the bottom surface of the rubber strip and is used for supporting the rubber strip. The top end of the table felt is fixedly mounted to the steel cushion, and the bottom end of the table felt is fixedly mounted between a stone slate and the steel cushion. The cushion structure adopts a vertical mounting surface in place of a rectangular groove in the prior art, and is capable of solving problems of existing steel cushions that the number of surfaces to be machined is large, angles are difficult to machine, the rubber strip positioning reference does not coincide with the actual positioning reference, and the top surface of the mounted rubber strip is not flush with the top surface of the steel cushion, which causes the height of the cushion edge to be erroneous.
