Abstract:
Disclosed is a billiard table capable of preventing ball jumps. The billiard table comprises a playing bed and a cushion structure mounted on the periphery of the playing bed. The cushion structure comprises a steel cushion and a rubber strip mounted on the inner side of the steel cushion. The height difference between the top surface of the rubber strip and the top surface of the playing bed is H. The ratio between the height difference H to the billiard ball diameter D is 0.68 to 0.74. An impact point is formed where a billiard ball would contact the rubber strip. A coordinate system is established by using the ball center of the billiard ball as the origin, a horizontal line crossing the origin as an x-axis, and a vertical line crossing the origin as a y-axis, wherein the impact point is higher than the ball center of the billiard ball, and an included angle of 2-8° is formed between the x-axis and a line connecting the origin and impact point. The billiard table solves the problem that ball jumps can easily occur on existing billiard tables, thereby improving the competitiveness and entertainment of billiard matches.
