Abstract:
Disclosed is a bidirectional magnetic suspension brushed electric motor device, comprising an electric motor shell, an electric motor shaft branch and an end cover, wherein the end cover is arranged at the bottom end of the electric motor shell; both the electric motor shell and the end cover are provided with a shaft hole on the axis thereof; the electric motor shaft branch is arranged between the two shaft holes; bearings are provided at the positions at which the electric motor shaft branch is connected to the electric motor shell and to the end cover; the end of the electric motor shaft branch away from the end cover extends out of the electric motor shell; and the top end of the motor shaft branch is provided with a transmission connection shaft. According to the present invention, the transmission of motion is achieved under the electromagnetic effect, without mounting an elastic structure such as a torsion bar, which avoids the situation of a short service life of the electric motor for the reason that the elastic structure is prone to being damaged during use, and also allows the unit volume of the electric motor to transfer torque with a greater value. In addition, the combination of a commutator and an electric brush pin is used to provide a propagation medium, which introduces an external circuit current into a rotor coil winding so as to generate a magnetic field, thus achieving a high working stability.
