Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a bicycle steering structure (1) and a bicycle. In the bicycle steering structure (1), an end portion of either end of a first inhaul cable sleeve (13) is configured for fixed connection to a frame (100), an end portion of either end of a second inhaul cable sleeve (14) is configured for fixed connection to the frame (100), two ends of a first inhaul cable (11) are respectively fixedly connected to a first side of a front rotating shaft (201) and a first side of a rear rotating shaft (301), and two ends of a second inhaul cable (12) are respectively fixedly connected to a second side of the front rotating shaft (201) and a second side of the rear rotating shaft (301), so that the rear rotating shaft (301) can drive the front rotating shaft (201) to rotate synchronously.
