Abstract:
A bent specially shaped ultra-thin vapor chamber, a manufacturing process therefor, and an application. The manufacturing process comprises: cleaning upper and lower housing plates, and drying; preparing a liquid absorption core material and producing a liquid absorption core; sintering the liquid absorption core and the housing plates; automatically coating the housing plates with a high-temperature solder paste; assembling and combining the upper housing plate and the lower housing plate, then performing high-temperature sintering, inserting a liquid filling pipe into a liquid injection opening for soldering, after the soldering is complete, performing liquid filling treatment on an ultra-thin vapor chamber, and after the liquid filling is complete, placing the ultra-thin vapor chamber into ethanol having a temperature lower than -8°C for working medium freezing; continuously carrying out vacuumizing treatment and non-condensable gas removal treatment, and then carrying out sealing treatment; and using a concave-convex bending mold or a pipe bending machine to perform bending treatment on the ultra-thin vapor chamber which has passed a test. The method is simple in operation, the prepared ultra-thin vapor chamber can significantly improve the heat dissipation condition of a winding at an overhanging position, a motor rated use power is improved, and a motor is made light-weight and miniaturized.
